OTR HVN // RELEASE 01

DESCEND INTO IRON ABYSS

A sci-fi horror mecha dungeon crawler about memory, obedience, and the things waiting beneath a dead world.

Mission Briefing

The world is ended.
You have your orders, Commander.

IRON ABYSS is a deeply immersive sci-fi horror mecha dungeon crawler. Command a three-pilot android crew through the ruins of a post-apocalyptic world in first-person, turn-based grid exploration.

Manage your crew's deteriorating sanity, descend through spaces the IRON ARK was never meant to perceive, and uncover memories that were never meant to survive.

CHOOSE YOUR COMMANDER Five playable commanders, each carrying a unique trait that reshapes your entire run.
SANITY IS THE COST Hull damage isn't the only price. Every pilot accumulates insanity from taking hits, witnessing teammates fall, and entering spaces that should not exist.
Breaking points can turn the tide of battle—making crew members stronger in a fit of rage. But is the risk worth the reward?

Combat Protocol

Tactical Descent:
The CTB System

Combat runs on a Conditional Turn-Based system. Action order isn't fixed—it shifts dynamically based on crew speed, equipped gear, abilities, and the status effects accumulating on both sides.

Every decision changes the shape of the next turn. Build momentum, interrupt threats, protect weakened pilots, and decide when a rapidly deteriorating situation is worth pushing further.

Exploration Protocol

Every step costs something.

Explore the ruins in first-person, grid-based movement. Each movement carries the possibility of consuming resources, exposing the crew to environmental hazards, or finding something buried beneath the facility.

Recovered Memory

Recover the Machine's Memories

Descend into the buried history of the IRON ARK's crew and search for the fragments of humanity that remain within a world—and a machine—that has almost forgotten them.

IRON ABYSS is told from the perspective of a surviving commander. Dreamlike memories surface as you descend deeper into the sealed dungeon: a massive corporate complex filled with abandoned experiments, discarded systems, and stories no one was supposed to recover.

You have your mission.

You also have your memories.

Will they collide?
